Update

So i haven't been around much lately. Things have been really hectic after christmas and new years. Even though i have just been going out and working, i am supposed to be packing to move house, but i'm avoiding it. I just haven't had the time for much art related stuff. I started a piece for Artisan Crafts last Mythology competition and just never finished it. I guess i will eventually pick it back up and post it then.
I also went, just before christmas, to Byron Bay for 5 nights camping and then Surfers Paradise for 4 nights for schoolies, (which is an end of year trip for people finishing high school). I had an amazing time. Byron is a beautiful place and everyone is great there. I made a few new friends which was cool and they came and visited down here for awhile.
This wednesday i find out whether i get in to University or not. And i'm hoping i do! I would be studying creative arts at the University of Wollongong. Hopefully majoring in textiles! How is everyone? How was christmas, what are plans for the year? Seen andything awesome from the Textiles, Basketry or Leatherwork categories? Send me suggestions in a note for Artisan Crafts "Craft of the Week"!!
